This is an easy interior painting project for the experienced do it yourself and good results are attainable by the novice painter. How-to tips are included along with a tools and supplies list for the project. I would tape off the switch for that fixture till the ceiling area is dried out – ditto to any other lights or fans mounted in that same ceiling, just in case they are wet and might short out. So in bathrooms, I actually kind of like to work from the visible side than back all the way down through to the sub floor. We talk about sealing the plywood or the sub floor material to kind of get add water repellency to it.
